What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number if given, travel dates, party size, package interest, and your message. We also use Google Analytics, which collects standard anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via cookies.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to you — preparing your itinerary and quote, and arranging your booking with our licensed Sabah tour operator partner, with whom your enquiry details are shared for fulfilment. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and improve it.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, share it with third parties beyond our fulfilment partner, or add you to marketing lists without your consent. You'll only hear from us about the trip you asked about.
Data retention & your rights
Enquiry data is retained as long as needed to serve your trip and for reasonable business records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. This site is operated from Malaysia and handles personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Third-party services
Forms are processed by Formspree; analytics by Google Analytics. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and are outside our control.
